Layer Technology Group Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as MailDriver.ai, runs this site and our campaigns.

What we collect.

• When you sign up: your business name, your name, your email, and your phone and website if you give them. We also record that you agreed to our terms, which version, and when.
• When you pay: Stripe processes your payment. We receive confirmation of the payment, not your card details.
• On our personal pages: when someone opens a page we made for them, we record the visit, and whether they click to sign up or send a text, so we can measure the campaign. We use an analytics tool for page views.
• For campaigns: we use public business information, such as business listings and websites, to build prospect lists.

How we use it. To run your campaign, contact you about it, report results to you, and keep records of agreements and payments. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers who help us run the service (for example payment, printing and mail, hosting, CRM and analytics), and only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it. For as long as we need it to run and support your campaign and to meet our legal and accounting duties.

Your choices. You may ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@maildriver.ai. California residents may have more rights under California law, and we will honour them.

Changes. We post any update here, with a new version.
